The car from Hector Impala

This is the car!  Many of the inspirations for the Hector Impala, P.V. graphic novel came from life and this was one of them.  The mythic Chrysler Ghia.  I originally saw the Ghia at a swanky party in the collector car garage of the host.  It was love at first sight and so when in Hector's story I needed a rare / almost unique car for my hero to "borrow", I knew this was the one.  My girlfriend took this picture where she works and due to the rarity of these autos, I imagine this was the same one I saw that night at the party.  Beautiful.

When I took this picture I had absolutely no idea this was the car from Hector Impala. I just thought it was very cool and unique looking, and very Batman-like. Thought you would dig it! Originally I thought the car was some sort of Karmann Ghia (I know nothing about cars).

I love your car. It would be my dream to own one just like it except I would like it to be a convertable too.
